Công ty Cổ phần Hóa An được thành lập trên cơ sở cổ phần hóa Công ty Khai thác đá và Vật liệu xây dựng Hóa An trực thuộc Tổng Công ty Vật liệu Xây dựng Số 1 (Bộ Xây dựng) ngày 18/04/2000.
Hiện công ty đang sở hữu 03 mỏ đá: mỏ Thạnh Phú 2, phường Trảng Dài, mỏ Tân Cang 3, phường Tam Phước, mỏ Núi Gió 2, xã Tân Quan (đều thuộc tỉnh Đồng Nai).
Năm 2025 Công ty mua 99% cổ phần của Công ty Cổ phần Khai thác và Sản xuất đá Xây dựng Ánh Dương (tại tỉnh Khánh Hòa) và trở thành công ty con của Công ty cổ phần Hóa An.
Hoa An Joint Stock company was established on the basis of equitization of Hoa An Stone Exploitation and Construction Materials Company under Construction Materials Corporation No. 1 (Ministry of Construction) on April 18, 2000.
Currently, the company owns 03 quarries: Thanh Phu 2 quarry, Trang Dai ward, Tan Cang 3 quarry, Tam Phuoc ward, Nui Gio 2 quarry, Tan Quan commune (all in Dong Nai province).
In 2025, the Company purchased 99% of the shares of Anh Duong Construction Stone Exploitation and Production Joint Stock Company (in Khanh Hoa province) and became a subsidiary of Hoa An Joint Stock Company.
